Processing time
Everything is printed to order. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days; large items such as the Moai and Stone Head tissue boxes can take an extra day.

We ship from San Jose, California (95134). On the cart page, enter your ZIP code and you will see live USPS and UPS rates and delivery estimates, and you choose the one you prefer.

Typical delivery after shipping: California 1–3 days, west coast 2–3 days, rest of the US 3–5 days. We email tracking as soon as the label is printed. We currently ship within the United States only; message us for Canada.
Returns
If a piece is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. It needs to be unused and in its packaging; you cover the return postage unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered, in which case we send a replacement or a full refund straight away. Custom colours and sizes are made just for you and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Send a photo of the item and the box within 7 days and we will reprint it at no cost.
